Auth/session cookies

Used to keep you signed in (candidate, employer, or admin) across page loads. These are set when you log in and cleared when you log out or the session expires.

Analytics cookies

May be used to understand aggregate usage (popular searches, traffic sources) so we can improve the product. Not used to build advertising profiles about you.

Preference cookies

Remember UI preferences (e.g. your last search filters) so you don't have to re-enter them every visit.

Marketing/referral tracking cookies

Affiliate/partner links (e.g. some sponsored job listings) may set a short-lived tracking parameter so the partner can attribute a click to AxoCareers. We don't use these to track you across unrelated sites.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in. We don't currently serve third-party advertising cookies that require a separate opt-out mechanism.
