How long does a job stay live?

Starter and Featured posts run for 30 days. Premium Hiring Boost runs for 45 days. Monthly Employer Plan posts stay live while your subscription is active, up to 10 at a time.

Can I edit a job after posting?

Yes. Edit any job from your employer dashboard. Material changes may be re-checked by moderation before they go live again.

Do paid jobs go live immediately?

After payment a job moves to pending moderation. Our team reviews it for fit and quality, then approves it. Approved jobs appear in search right away. (Auto-approval can be enabled by the platform owner.)

Can I buy multiple posts?

Yes. Buy a 3-Pack or 5-Pack of standard credits, or start the Monthly Employer Plan for up to 10 active posts. Credits draw down as you publish.

Do job credits expire?

Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Monthly plan capacity refreshes each billing cycle and does not roll over.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Anytime, from the Stripe billing portal linked in your billing page. You keep access through the end of the current cycle.

What types of health jobs are allowed?

Clinical, healthtech, health data and AI, behavioral health, operations, revenue cycle, security, compliance, and adjacent roles across healthcare, wellness, and life sciences.

Are staffing agencies allowed?

Yes, healthcare staffing and recruiting agencies are welcome, provided listings are real, specific roles with transparent pay ranges.

Do you guarantee applicants?

No. We can't guarantee applicant volume or hires — outcomes depend on the role, pay, and market. We focus on putting your role in front of relevant healthcare candidates.
