These Candidate Terms of Service ("Candidate Terms") apply to all job seekers, applicants, and users who use AxoCareers to search for jobs, save listings, submit applications, or access any candidate-facing features. These Candidate Terms are incorporated into the AxoCareers Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Terms.

1. Accurate Profile and Application Information

You represent and warrant that all information you submit to AxoCareers — including your name, contact information, work history, education, credentials, and application materials — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or substantially inaccurate information in any application is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2. No Straw Applications or Proxy Assessments

Each application you submit through AxoCareers must represent a genuine, personal expression of interest for the role to which you are applying. You may not:

• Submit applications on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent
• Complete, or arrange for another person to complete, an application or assessment in your name
• Use AI tools, bots, or automated systems to generate or mass-submit applications in a way that misrepresents your genuine interest or qualifications
• Participate in any scheme where a third party is paid or incentivized to apply, screen, or assess on your behalf

Before submitting each application, you will be asked to attest that the application represents your own genuine expression of interest and that the information is accurate.

3. Candidate Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, licenses, certifications, experience, or education
• Submit resumes, portfolios, or attachments containing malware, malicious scripts, or harmful content
• Use the platform to conduct competitive intelligence, scrape employer contact information, or identify employer staff without their consent
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive conduct toward employers, recruiters, or other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security, spam employer inboxes, or manipulate search results

4. External Applications

Some job listings on AxoCareers link to an employer's external application system, ATS, or career site. When you follow an external link to apply, you are leaving AxoCareers. AxoCareers does not control and is not responsible for the completeness, security, receipt, or review of applications submitted on external platforms. An application initiated through AxoCareers is not "submitted" or "received" by the employer until you have completed any steps required on the employer's platform.

AxoCareers does not confirm, guarantee, or represent that any external application was received, reviewed, or considered by the employer. We are not responsible for employer-side technical failures, broken links, expired postings, or missed applications on external systems.

5. No Guarantee of Employment or Interview

AxoCareers is a job discovery and application platform only. Using AxoCareers does not guarantee that you will receive an interview, job offer, or any response from any employer. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers, not by AxoCareers. AxoCareers does not endorse any employer, job listing, or hiring process.

6. AI-Assisted Features

AxoCareers may offer AI-Assisted Features that analyze, summarize, or provide information about jobs, your profile, or your applications. These features are informational tools only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided by AI-Assisted Features before relying on it in your job search or applications. AxoCareers AI tools do not make hiring decisions and do not screen, rank, or reject applications on behalf of employers. See our AI-Assisted Features Notice.

7. Account and Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your use of AxoCareers is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you acknowledge that information you submit may be shared with employers in connection with job applications and may be processed for platform safety purposes.

8. Reporting Fraud or Suspicious Postings

If you encounter a job posting that you believe is fraudulent, misleading, or violates our policies, please use our reporting feature or visit the Fraud and Abuse Reporting page. Do not pay any upfront fees, provide sensitive financial information, or send money or gift cards in response to a job posting on AxoCareers. Legitimate employers do not request payment from candidates as part of the application or hiring process.
