Job Posting Rules
These Job Posting Rules apply to all employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and any other person or organization that submits a job listing to AxoCareers. These rules are a supplement to the Employer Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference into the AxoCareers Terms of Service. AxoCareers reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these rules, in its sole discretion and without notice.
1. One Role Per Listing
Each job posting must describe a single, distinct, identifiable position. Combining multiple unrelated roles, titles, or departments into a single listing for the purpose of search optimization, traffic inflation, or cost reduction is prohibited.
2. Accurate Title and Category
Job titles must accurately reflect the role. Keyword-stuffed, misleading, or attention-seeking titles such as "URGENT HIRE: Superstar Ninja Rockstar Developer Needed IMMEDIATELY!!!" are prohibited. Select the most accurate job category and employment type. Do not select a category or type to artificially boost visibility.
3. Complete Description
Every job listing must include:
- A clear description of the primary responsibilities
- Required qualifications and preferred qualifications, distinguished clearly
- Employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, per diem, etc.)
- Work location (on-site, remote, hybrid; city/state if on-site or hybrid)
- Compensation or compensation range, or a statement that compensation is available upon request, if required by applicable law
4. No Fee-for-Placement or Paid-Training Schemes
Any posting that requires candidates to pay upfront fees, purchase training materials, participate in paid "certification" programs, or provide deposits as a condition of hiring or employment consideration is prohibited. This includes MLM, pyramid-structured, and "buy-in" business opportunity postings.
5. No Discriminatory Language
Job descriptions must not express a preference for or against candidates based on any protected characteristic under applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, veteran status, or citizenship status. Language that implies an age preference (e.g., "young and energetic," "recent graduate only") is prohibited unless age is a bona fide occupational requirement.
6. Compensation Disclosures
Employers are solely responsible for including all compensation, pay range, benefits, and related disclosures required by applicable federal, state, and local law. AxoCareers does not provide legal advice regarding compensation disclosure obligations and accepts no liability for non-compliant postings. See the Employer Terms for the full indemnification clause.
7. External Application Links
All external apply links must direct candidates to a working, secure application page that is owned or authorized by the posting employer. Broken links, redirect chains that obscure the destination, links to unrelated sites, or links that collect sensitive information without disclosure are prohibited. AxoCareers may flag, suppress, or remove listings with broken or suspicious external links.
8. No Ghost Jobs or Pipeline Roles Without Disclosure
A job posting must represent an active, genuine opening or an anticipated opening that the employer intends to fill. "Pipeline" or "talent community" postings with no immediate open role must clearly state in the listing body that the role is not tied to an immediate vacancy. Purely evergreen postings used to maintain a resume database are prohibited without such disclosure.
9. No Duplicate Postings
Posting materially identical or substantially similar jobs in the same geographic area within a 14-day period for the primary purpose of resetting freshness indicators, appearing multiple times in search results, or gaming ranking algorithms is prohibited. Refreshing or "bumping" a listing through unauthorized means is also prohibited.
10. No Scraped or Unauthorized Feeds
You may not submit jobs to AxoCareers that were scraped, copied, or aggregated from another platform, job board, ATS, career site, or feed without written authorization from the source platform and the employer of record. AxoCareers may reject or remove listings it determines to have originated from unauthorized sources.
11. Healthcare and Clinical Roles
Postings for roles requiring clinical licensure, professional certification, DEA registration, clinical privileging, or other regulated credentials must accurately describe the credential requirements. Employers must disclose applicable licensing bodies and jurisdictions. AxoCareers does not verify credentials, perform primary source verification, or conduct sanctions or exclusion screening. Employers are solely responsible for all credentialing requirements. See the Employer Terms for the full Healthcare Credentialing and Exclusion-Screening Notice.
12. Remote Work Accuracy
A job must not be listed as "Remote" if it requires the candidate to be physically present at a location on a regular or required basis. Hybrid roles must clearly disclose the in-office schedule or location requirements. Listing a role as remote to increase applicant volume when the role is actually on-site or hybrid is prohibited.
13. Resume Harvesting Prohibition
Posting a job for the primary purpose of collecting resumes, contact information, or work histories for purposes other than a genuine hiring process — including building contact databases, competitive intelligence, or secondary sale — is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
14. Violations and Enforcement
AxoCareers may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: reject a listing before publication; remove a published listing; suspend or terminate an employer account; and refer suspected fraud to law enforcement. Repeat or egregious violations may result in permanent account termination. Removal for policy violations does not entitle the Employer to a refund. See the Refund Policy.
15. Reporting a Violating Listing
