DMCA Copyright Policy
AxoCareers, operated by Petit-Homme Ventures, LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy describes our DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure and our repeat infringer policy.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on AxoCareers infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., the URL of the specific page or posting).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Designated Copyright Agent

We recommend submitting notices by email for faster processing. DMCA notices sent by methods other than those listed above may not be received or processed.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the District of [STATE — TO BE INSERTED] if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content after providing the original claimant at least ten (10) business days' notice, unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action. AxoCareers is not required to restore content and may decline to do so in its sole discretion.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
AxoCareers has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed by mistake, may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Submit DMCA notices only if you have a good faith belief that the material infringes your copyright.
